Intuitive, easy to follow signage and wayfinding.
Signage needs to blend into the intended environment without overpowering the user.
Signage needs to be accessible for all users, so DDA compliance is a
must for all my design work.
Site surveys prove vital in the design process, as it allows me to see access the
users needs,
and design according to the results of the survey.
Information Hierarchy:
Again, for signage and wayfinding design, I keep to a strong grid layout. This allows me to have several layers of information and type hierarchy. This has proven very successful, me to produce very strong pieces of design communication.
